Warranty: All items have a one year warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty covers mechanical defects, provided an item is not damaged by misuse. If you suspect that an item is not functioning properly, please call us prior to returning it. If an item needs to be returned for repair or replacement, please follow the instructions in RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT below.

Return Policy: CUSTOM MADE ITEMS OR RUSH ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. The return policy for all other items is as follows:

  • RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT: If an item is being returned for replacement because of shipping damage or warranty coverage, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please follow the Return Procedure below and we will have UPS or FedEx pick up the defective item.
  • RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE: If an item is being returned for exchange, please follow the Return Procedure below within THREE WEEKS of the date you received it.
  • RETURNS FOR REFUNDS: If an item is being returned for refund, please follow the Return Procedure below within THREE WEEKS of the date you received it. After deducting the original shipping costs, items returned for refund may be subject to a 10% charge for maintenance and/or restocking. Atomic clocks returned because of local reception problems will not be replaced, but may be exchanged or returned for a refund.
  • Additional charges may be deducted to cover repairs to damage caused by careless handling or inadequate packaging. Following the procedure below will help prevent both of us from incurring additional losses and will avoid delays in the return process:

    Return Procedure:
    1. Please contact us by email or phone number below.
    2. Items for exchange or refund need to be returned to our location within THREE WEEKS of the date you received it.
    3. A copy of the sales receipt needs to be included with any item being returned.
    4. Please repackage the item properly to prevent damage during shipping. Do not assume that delivery services handle packages with care.
    5. Items returned for exchange or refund need to be in their ORIGINAL BOXES with packaging material and instructions. Deductions from refunds may be made for missing components and damage is more likely to occur if items are not shipped using the proper material.
    6. Cut out and clear tape this label on the outside of the box:
