Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, prices include shipping to the
forty-eight contiguous United States via ground delivery and for purchases only.
Deductions will be made to refunds for the original shipping cost on items returned for a refund.
Please inquire by phone or email for a shipping rate on items that are custom made or shipped to an
address outside the forty-eight contiguous United States.
